DTE Training & Safety Skills training facility opened in 2014 has a modern contemporary layout and fittings with spacious training rooms, kitchen facilities, a relaxing common area, and alfresco area with covered outdoor space. The facility or either of the fully equipped training rooms can be hired for any suitable purpose. Catering can be provided or brought as per your needs.
The training rooms have the flexibility to accommodate 10, 20 to 30 people respectively in a range of room configurations. The up to date equipment, comfortable chairs, clean amenities and modern, fresh and professional nature of this facility lends itself to achieving your desired outcomes without any stress or concerns.

City Central Cottage
1950’s quaint home, nearing the end of restoration. Referred to as the Doll House its a cute comfortable home with a fresh clean feel. Centrally located and only a short 5 minute walk to the waterfront and shopping areas. Plenty of privacy with no neighbours in this central location.
The space
Adorable little place full of character. Somehow the port access road and railway line metres from the house creates charm rather than noise. It’s like staying in the Queensland version of the house from The Castle.
Guest access
The entire house is able to be used, including both front and rear porches. The laundry and toilet is located outside the back door under the same roof.
Interaction with guests

Other things to note
The price is based on number of people staying. One or two people, the price remains at the advertised price. Additional people over and above the two will pay an extra $10 per person per night.
